Set in Phoenix Studios, in the main square of the picturesque town of Ilminster, the 22,000-square-foot Victorian building houses the Temperley headquarters: the brand’s design atelier, training workshop and exclusive brand outlet – the only location in the UK to offer original samples and past season's treasures.

The exclusive brand outlet is an anticipated addition to our store in Somerset, established in October 2023. Consistent with the new business model and our no-sale pledge, this dedicated outlet is the only domestic destination for reduced Temperley London stock. Inventory is refreshed weekly, and visitors are bound to find past season treasures.
Appointment Services
The store offers by-appointment personal shopping appointments, home delivery, consignments and bespoke appointments.

Train
Direct 2-hour trains from London regularly arrive and depart from Taunton. Alternative stations include Crewkerne, Castle Cary or Axminster, each a brief taxi journey away from us. Whilst Uber does not operate in the West Country, plenty of local taxi services are available.
