All our orders are typically shipped with DHL Express. However, for non-domestic orders, shipping is managed by our cross-border logistics partner Global-e. Suitable local couriers will be selected based on the destination.

Please refer to the below as a guide for combined processing and transit times, noting there may be delays during peak season and UK bank holidays.

For UK deliveries, orders must be placed before 14:00 to ensure express delivery the following business day. If placed any later, DHL Express typically guarantees delivery within 48h.

If your order is placed through a store channel that does not correspond to your delivery destination, then you may be liable to pay duties and taxes on delivery.

EU

All orders will ship Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) to European countries. Duties and taxes are established by each local government and are a legal requirement.

USA

All orders will ship Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). Customers will not be asked to pay any additional duties and/or taxes with exception for local Sales Tax (varying by State). The charge is made visible at the checkout.

Please be aware that DHL routinely contact customers for US customs clearance. You may be required to provide your Social Security Number (SSNs), so please be prepared to share this information in order to avoid any delays. Failure to share this information may result in a return to sender. We will always try our best to assist with such matters, so please alert us of any issues or questions.

Rest of World (ROW)

Duties and taxes are invoiced at checkout. You, the customer, are liable for all charges.

Customers in ROW locations who return their orders for a refund are responsible for retrieving the charges for customs duties and taxes. We are unable to refund the customs fees, however we may provide you with information relevant to request a refund.

Please note that if you refuse a package on delivery, you will be liable to cover all shipping costs.

We offer our customers the option to opt in to our Package Protection service when placing an order. This service is especially useful for high-value or international orders, offering you extra peace of mind in case anything happens to your package during transit. Claims are handled 24/7 for swift order replacement or refund.

Any Temperley x Romo product is shipped directly by our partner Romo via UPS Standard. Please allow an additional 5-7 working days for your delivery. This is precautionary, and we will do our very best to honour our typical lead times.
