We understand that finding the right size online can be tricky. That's why we now offer a luxury concierge service – bridging the convenience of online shopping with the experience of shopping in store.
With so much to do when visiting London, you can now order a selection of pieces to your hotel and try on at a time that suits you. There is no obligation to buy – you only pay for any items you want to keep and then leave the returns to us. All with zero delivery fees.

How it works
We recommend you book during your London visit. The service must be booked via our UK website and is only visible to London IP addresses.
1. Choose the pieces to try
Select the pieces you would like to try on, click Try Before You Buy in your cart, then book a time that suits you. No payment will be taken at checkout.
2. Try on and decide
Your pieces are hand-delivered for you to try. Your Temperley-trained Style Concierge will be available to advise on fit, styling and products, or can return after 40 mins if preferred.
3. You pay, we take away
Only purchase the pieces you would like to keep. Payment is taken via mobile card reader at the appointment. The Style Concierge will handle the returns of any other items.
About Harper
Harper Concierge is the most convenient way to shop your favourite brands at home. For customers staying in Greater London, the concierge service involves a 40-minute appointment with a brand-trained Style Concierge who can provide styling advice and support to help you find your perfect piece. You only pay for the items you decide to keep at the end of your try on period.
Payment & Returns
We do not charge for items upfront and there is no obligation to purchase. This is a credit-free service and as such there are no hidden fees or interest charges.
We will take secure payment via our mobile card reader at the end of your appointment. The Style Concierge takes the returned items with them.

If you are an international customer visiting London, why not book to your hotel?
Yes, you can have your appointment in your hotel, at an office, or any other suitable location, as long as it is within Greater London.
We are pleased to offer this service free of charge to all customers. You will have the option to pay for any items you would like to keep at their standard GBP price at the time of the appointment. There are no additional fees for delivery or returns on the day.
You will find Harper and Try Before You Buy signage across the UK website during your shopping journey.
Add your desired items to cart as usual, and select the Try Before You Buy option at Cart or Checkout. You will be presented with a Postcode checker to verify the service is available at your desired location, then confirm the booking.
No payment is taken at checkout, and you will be notified of your appointment details via email.
The Try Before You Buy option at check out is only visible on the UK website. So please ensure that the shipping location is set to United Kingdom.
The Style Concierge will take any unwanted items with them at the end of the appointment for a hassle free returns process.
To return the product after the try on period, please follow our standard Returns Policy. Note that we do not accept returns to physical stores.
Please ensure that any returned pieces have the label, are undamaged, and unsoiled, or they will not be accepted and you will be charged.
Harper are the UK’s leading fashion concierge service. Their Style Concierges are trained by us to offer Temperley London styling advice and product information. They are experts in delivering a smooth and stress-free experience.
You can choose whether or not you would like in-house styling assistance at checkout. If you
select this option, your Style Concierge will accompany you to offer styling expertise and
outfit suggestions.
If you prefer to shop alone, your Style Concierge will simply deliver your items and return after
40 minutes to take payment for the pieces you keep and take any returns off your hands.
You will have 40 minutes from the time of delivery to try on your selection and make your
decisions. The average client spends 14 minutes in the appointment, so you should have a comfortable amount of time.
